Family House (Mokotów)
The building underwent complex reconstruction and we totally modified the layout of the interior. That's how we gained an unconventional space full of light, fully adapted to the needs of its Residents.
Inspired by the Investor, we have designed a two-storey living room with a centrally placed huge fireplace and a glass landing leading to the modern library. A convenient, open kitchen combined with the dining room, rooms of all Residents with dedicated wardrobes and tailor-made bathrooms were also carefully designed. We have also developed the designs of rooms in the technical and utility zone: a larder with cooker, a gym, a laundry and a toilet.
Our designs were created in cooperation with professional carpentry and ironworks companies which performed: built-in furniture, stair railings as well as steel structures ensuring the climate of the space.
